Delivery Policy


Dispatch of orders:
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of being placed - Monday to Saturday. Generally, we will dispatch your order the same day if placed before Noon however, some orders may be dispatched the next working day due to operational reasons. At checkout, you would be asked which delivery option you require. Our rates for delivery are found below:

General Rates:
Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days) on orders of £100.00 and up — Free
Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days) — £3.99
Guaranteed Next Working Day - Order Before 11:00 Noon — £5.99
Guaranteed Saturday, Order Before 12:00 Noon on Friday — £7.99

N.B.:

  • In the event that an order is undelivered and sent back to us, customers will need to pay for the delivery charge if they would like the item to be delivered again. A refund can also be requested but the refund will not include the delivery charge.
  • Orders may experience delays during holiday periods (including Bank Holidays). Allow extra time for your delivery during these periods.
  • Any orders outside the UK may experience delay due to circumstances out of our control.
  • If delivery cannot be completed, a card may be left which details the date and time of the delivery as well as the actions taken with your parcel. The parcel may have been left in a safe place, with a neighbour or taken back to your local depot.
  • If your remaining order value does not meet the discount/offers/free delivery criteria any discount or free delivery is given may be reversed.
  • Please inform us as soon as possible if the goods are lost or damaged in transit as this allows us to make a claim against the delivery company and correct the issue. In these cases, please quote your order number when contacting us.
  • Enter any special delivery instructions where prompted (we cannot guarantee the fulfilment of these instructions but will try our best to do so). Instructions indicating where a parcel should be left cannot be fulfilled as in most cases deliveries will require a signature.
  • Orders will usually be dispatched within 1-2 working days after the order is received. In some cases, this may be affected by available stock.
  • Deliveries that are refused/rejected will be deemed to have been fulfilled. Once we have received the goods we will refund the cost of the goods, the cost of delivery is non-refundable.

Return Policy


Dispatch of orders:
In accordance with UK distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from delivery. You must notify us in writing via email of your intention to cancel within 14 working days from delivery. After notification, we will issue you a return number that you must quote on the paperwork when returning the goods.


N.B.:
  • Goods must be returned 'AS SOLD' in the original packaging with all components and accessories. if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way, and must be re-packaged as received.
  • Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 14 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of unwanted and non-faulty items after 14 days.
  • If goods are returned without any valid reason, the costs of the return delivery are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Discount/promotions (including Free Delivery) given will be reversed if after returning an item the remaining order value does not meet the discount/promotion criteria.
  • Any 'FREE GIFTS' with the products must also be returned.
  • Sale and discounted items can only be exchanged and not refunded.
  • Costs of the return delivery are the customer's responsibility unless the goods are deemed faulty upon inspection.
  • Unfortunately, items purchased online cannot be returned in-store.
  • Any custom (made to size) order cannot be refunded.


Please note:
Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation by Shah Exclusive form of returns authorisation (RMA) number that we will issue you with. The returns authorisation is valid for up to 14 days only. Goods sent back without prior returns authorisation will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.

Refund Policy


A full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.

Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition: You will be refunded the full invoice amount less the cost of delivery.

Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging but with accessories missing: You will be refunded the full Invoice price – fewer delivery charges and cost of accessories that are missing.

Goods received back not in a re-sellable condition: We are unable to accept these back under the above terms the goods will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.

N.B.:
Your refund will be processed within 7 days of the package arriving in our warehouse. Payment will be refunded to the Same Account or Card used to place the order. Please allow 3-5 working days from when you receive the confirmation email.


Exchange Policy


If you wish to exchange an item, we ask that you follow the above process (Returns Process) to return the item and place a new order on our website.

If the Product is defective, we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund or replacement via e-mail within 14 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund or replacement for the defective product.

Products returned by you because of a defect will either be replaced or refunded in full, including a refund of the reasonable cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

If you have requested an exchange this is subject to that item being in stock at the time we receive the original product back, a re-postage fee will be applicable for any exchanges sent out, and this will be charged to the same card used for the original purchase unless you specify otherwise unless or if we are at fault (see point 1).

N.B.:
  • The returned item is the customer's responsibility until it is received by us; as a result, we suggest sending returns via Recorded Delivery so if the parcel gets lost it can be traced. You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession.
  • The return delivery costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is deemed faulty upon inspection.
  • Any discounts/promotions given may be reversed if your remaining order value does not meet the discount/promotion criteria.
